Yes, Jack's mommy has been busy and has not updated this in a long time. So here is a recap of the past few months.....
This summer we spent alot of time in Norman with my great grandparents, especially Grand-B. Unfortunately, Grand-B passed away on July 16, 2008, but I was able to give her a whole bunch of kisses before she died. She also kept asking my mom about how many teeth I had and how my swimming lessons were going. I know she loved me very much. My mom sure does miss her. Mom actually has started singing songs to me that she remembers Grand-B singing to her. I also think my mom is attempting to make some of her fabulous recipes. But she keeps telling me they aren't near as good as Grand-B's.
I got to spend alot of time with my Nana and Grandpa this summer too. Mom is putting some fun summer pictures for everyone to see.
We went to our first OU football game for this season. I did really well, although it was pretty hot. I made it to the 2nd quarter and then got pretty sleepy. Nana and Grandpa took me home to take a nap.
I also have a new cousin, Anna Bratton. She is very cute but looks nothing like me or my Uncle Jay. I think she looks more like Aunt Amanda. She never cries but I don't really know what I think of her. I get jealous when my mom holds any baby. I like her all to myself.
I am starting to talk more and more.....I can say "mama" "dada" "ball" "dog" "nana""byebye" "hi" and I love waving at everyone. I love playing with my golf clubs and hitting balls all over the house. Oh and dad bought me this really neat big blow up toy when we went to visit our friends The Swaims. It blows up inside so it keeps me busy if it's raining and I can't play outside. We went to Tyler, TX to visit them. Caden and I had a ball playing with each other. It's been a pretty busy last few months!
